If you need to contact the Academy concerning your child then the first point of contact is the form tutor.
Please be aware that during the day most staff will be teaching but will contact you as soon as possible. This may be at breaks or after school and will be within 48 hours. We have compiled a list of people you are most likely to want to speak to. If you are unsure, please contact Visitors’ Reception and they will advise you who the best person to help you is.
Please can parents and carers not contact students directly on mobile phones as this disrupts lessons and learning. If you need to contact your child in an emergency we will get a message to them.
General questions should be directed to the Visitors‘ Reception. The receptionist will be able to assist you in directing your questions to the relevant person.
