Young Carers receive special Easter treat

We were delighted to receive a very generous donation from The Neale-Wade Association recently, with part of the money gifted to us being used to give our amazing Young Carers a special Easter treat.

Young Carers' Champion Emma Atise welcomed Coral Cornell and Chris Thorpe from the Association into school to present students representing our Young Carers with a whole trolly-full of Easter eggs!

Coral and Chris have fond memories of their time as pupils at Neale-Wade themselves, with them both joining the school in the late 1960's while it was still an all-girls school. 

A huge thank you to Coral and Chris for their visit and to The Neale-Wade Association for their ongoing support.
