Arbor Pay

Arbor Pay is an integrated school payment system built into the Arbor Management Information System (MIS) that lets parents pay for school meals, trips, clubs, and shop items online.

Parent App & Portal: Parents can top up accounts, view payment histories, and book activities using the mobile app or web portal.

Flexible Packages: Available as Payments Core for basic meals, trips, and manual invoicing, or Payments Plus for a full school shop and advanced meal choices.

Payment Methods: Supports credit/debit cards via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Onelink for fast checkouts.

School Payouts: Funds collected via card payments are processed and paid out to school bank accounts weekly on Mondays.
